In this early days of this year,
we are getting a massive outbreaks from Wuhan. Yes, it is all about the new
virus founded in early December and has gone viral over the media since that
time. At first, it is like a small case but then the nightmare just going south,
east and west at the same time. Now... We are in the dire situation where a
single droplet can infect our respiratory system if it is being in touch with
our potential area.
HOW TO PREVENT THE OUTBREAKS
GETTING MORE SAVAGE???
Government
has instructed every people in every area to STAY AT HOME having a SOCIAL
DISTANCING to neutralize the contagion curve occurred in this global population.
So...
What is Social Distancing??? It is an act that every individuals need to do to
constrain their movement outside their safety zone which means their own home.
CoVid 19 can spread in a length of 1-1.5 meters by the droplets of infected
people which means if we are not making any contact with each other more than
that lengths we are also protecting each other from the virus itself. That is
why the government instructed us to Stay at home because in your home you can quarantine
yourself and also protecting others by solving the major issues of the
contagion protocol of CoVid 19 which is 1-1.5 meters length of the droplets.
SO
GUYS... please STAY AT HOME... it is not about you but it is about other people
that surround you that matters. By doing this simple thing from our side we can
help many people to have a chance to survive.
WHAT
CAN YOU DO WHILE YOU ARE STAYING AT HOME???
Staying
at home can be a nightmare also for a people with an active personality but
worry no more because I have a suggestion for people that is staying at home.
If you are an active person and like to do some activities... THESE are the
list of activities you can do when you are staying at home, having a social
distancing does not mean you can not have fun with your life.
1.
COOK your own FOOD : There is nothing wrong with
cooking your own food in this period of time. Nowadays people are always
ordering food by the apps because they do not have time (WELL NOW YOU DO HAVE
TIME... LOTS OF TIMES) and has forgotten that cooking our own food is also an
option, and it contains lots of fun in there for that you can try new things.
COOK your own FOOD and discover your new talent!!!
2.
WORK from HOME : For people that is still doing
some paper works you can also doing your job at home, simple and more fun
because there will be no time limit, no deadline at all when you do it at home.
You are your own time keeper, when you feel like working you work. If not, RELAX
and have a chill.
3.
HOME WORKOUT : For people that is very active
and do not know how to relieve their energy, START doing this HOME WORKOUT,
open your YOUTUBE and search HOME WORKOUT and start doing it. Maybe in the
previous time you feel like you do not have time to do things like this. WELL,
now you have... so DO IT and feel like you are being renewed. Social distancing
does not mean we will get fatter and sicker, we can also get healthier and more
fit.
4.
KEEP in TOUCH with YOUR FAMILY AND FRIEND : Well
this kind of activity can be considered as a stress relieve, when you are at
work you might not think about quality time with your family. Now is the time
to get back to your social life, even though it will only be Video Call, i
think it will be enough to catch up with them.
5.
DRINK WATERS KEEP HYDRATED : This is the
activity many people tend to forget, it is simple but yeah, people with busy
day tend to forget to do this. So it is the time to start loving your body by
keeping it hydrated. Stay Safe, Stay Hydrated.
Last
but not least, always keep your hygiene above all guys... it is the activity we
need to do for this phase of time. And yeah always smile a lot to boost your
own happiness during “stay at home” period. I know it can be stressful but if
we choose to accept the condition and be happy, stress can be converted into
happiness...
